Kay grew up in Fort Worth Texas and spent most summer weekends fishing the gulf coast with her parents. Venturing on to Florida and the Bahama Islands in quest of Big Game Fish was next, and Kay got hooked! She eventually settled here permanently - loving life to the fullest, having nurtured 3 wonderful & glamorous daughters. Her husband and greatest fan, John, has managed to continually charm these lovely ladies a great survival tactic for sure!

With a B.A. degree in Biology, Kay aspired for a career in the sciences until she became intrigued with the rental property portfolio her father assembled in Ft. Lauderdale. She received her license and has been selling real estate for the past 15 years along side her great friend, Anne ever since. By also assisting in the management of her family rental properties, Kay has developed a broad range of knowledge and experience on the commercial side of the business to further enhance her resume.

Kay takes pride in her graceful resolve when she becomes engaged in a potential transaction. You can feel the positive energy once Kay is on the case and she enjoys a genuine sense of accomplishment at every closing.
